UPDATE EDIT: its the next day now and my check i deposited yesterday has not been added to my account and i have been on the phone with them getting the run around when i have a deposit slip in my hands, will never use this branch again.
Their ACH transfer policies can leave you in a hard place, just because some manager's whims. This is just another typical bank with lots of fees/hoops. We're switching to a local credit union at this point.
The only bank I've used and didn't end up hating. 5 stars!
Great place to go if you like waiting 30 minutes to deposit a check at 2pm on a monday afternoon, they had one lady bless her soul working the counter while the two managers did nothing about the line except watch it grow.
