Best phone buying experience ever! Came in and switched from AT&T and they saved me about $200 on my phone bill! There was no wait time and then had the exact phone I wanted in stock! The staff was really friendly and personable and they all had beards and tattoos which made me feel at home! This is what a local Portland sprint should be doing all the time! Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family!!!
They have hands doen gave me the best service from any store i have gone to. The guys down therr are super friendly and help me out with any issues. They go to extreme lengths to fix and resolve any problems. They dont push me into anything. If anyone is wanting anything i highly recommend this store. They are friendly and make you feel like family. Come down here to the clackamas town center next to panera, and show these guys love.
Horrible! We have been with sprint for three months now, We bought two LG Stylo phones at inception and where offered a bunch of extra stuff with it so we decided to pay for the protection plan. We are having issue's with one of the phone's and have been dealing with tech support now for months. After being frustrated with this phone we elected to exchange it. We where told it would not be a problem by our original store and to go to this location because they stalk the phone's but now that we are here it is excuse after excuse! And when deciding to complain the representative said he didn't feel safe giving his name out because I had just mentioned I was going to post a negative review! "Can You Hear Me Now?"
