As a long time customer I love the service and selection. Tammy is the best. Her and the team have taken care of our family and friends for many, many years. I have since moved away to another state and still keep Morgan Jewelers as my jeweler and buy from them because I know the quality and service will always be great.
The manager, Tamie, was very courteous, respectful, and dedicated to help my fiancé and me the perfect ring and the perfect diamond. I give her five stars and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase fine jewelry.
The worst experience ever by Morgan Jewelers. I will never, ever buy anything from them. My fiance bought me a necklace from them that broke consistently. it was replaced twice and repaired at least 3 times if not more. They could not come up with a good resolution for us. My necklace is still sitting at the store, and has been there for months. Tammi the store manager was extremely rude to me and my fiance, and didn't even want to deal with the situation. She made a new associate deal with the issue and left.
My husband and I absolutely love this location. We always deal with Tami Johnson. She makes us feel like family. When we go looking for jewelry we will only go here! Great place and good people.
My boyfriend and I bought his mother a string of pearls for her birthday. We didn't really know where to start or how to determine the quality of pearls. Let me tell you, everyone on this staff is very knowledgeable. They are willing to take the time to explain the differences between their products. Wether that be pearls or even stones and metals. They'll help you find what you're looking for and make sure that you're getting quality pieces worth your money. Other staff in stores in the mall don't know half of what these ladies do and they're definitely not as genuinely personable. We felt like we were not only learning about our purchase but making new acquaintances too. We couldn't help notice past customers who came while we were there that have obviously been coming in for some time. The staff asked about their families and jobs like they were old friends. That says a lot. We will definitely be returning for future purchases.
