Not made in America

I have never felt so disrespected in any store in my life. Any MOM knows what a lifesaver a baby bottle is when they are thirsty and hungry in a busy mall.

JEN was HORRIBLE! WATCH OUT FOR JEN!

Alexis said, "Okay and had to wonder the floor checking all of the trashes. Alexis found my baby bottle and I had to go get it washed. I was not even offered a cleaning or any further condolences.

Paranoid staff. I went to BUY shoes and was being watch instead of serviced. I decided to go to the Gresham location. Where they actually give you customer service instead assume a person is a thief. First and last time there.

I was greetrd when walked in, which was cool & Emily came soon after & asked if she could help me, I needed help trying on shoes, i picked out a few paires & she helped me try them on, she was great up until she told me to go to counter to pay & she checked me out, well when I got home I wanted to wear my new shoes (Today was my Birthday October 1st 2017, they were my present to myself) so I opened the box & she gave me the wrong shoes, so I was very disappointed, I called & luckily they said they would hold them till I could come back, which will be difficult for me because I don't have any transportation, my Best Friend took me there in the first place! So check your boxes before you leave the store, I got the right box but not the shoes, I'd give the experience a 2.5 but it doesn't go in halves so I'm reluctantly rating this store a 3!!

Cheap, Chineese shoes. Some are of equal quality to whatever else is out there, but not the best environment to shop in.

I was shopping with my kids, and we accidently lost my sons baby bottle in the aisle. I had to run to the restroom with my kids and we were coming back to continue shopping, but then we realized we left our bottle. There was a 5 minute period from when we left and came back. When I found Jen and asked her about our lost bottle she said, "I threw it in the garbage." My mouth dropped in shock. "Wow, that is rude." She continued staring at the shelves NOT grabbing the bottle. "Well are your going to go get it?" She said, "Its in the trash." I said again how rude that was. She was NOT moving to go grab my babies bottle. Luckily, Alexis came over and asked if I needed help. I told her, "Yes, this lady threw away my baby bottle. Can you go grab it?" Alexis asked Jen which trash. Jen shrugged with a snobby attitude and said, "Any trash." I stood again in shocked, HOW RUDE AND INCONSIDERATECAN SHE BE? SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
