I hope we love the couch. I'm pretty much over the warehouse customer service. We would have had it delivered but the fee was unreasonable when we paid so much for the couch.

Great customer service. The prices were a bit high but they have some good financing deals. They also have a military discount. We appreciated that very much. Can't wait to pick up our couch. Wish it didn't take three days to be able to get it but such is life.

We had a good experience shopping till our order was delivered and it was the exact same configuration as the display even though we said we want opposite. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, the gal answering the phone kept transferring me to the salesperson who helped us. I remember seeing her name tag and it said nothing about manager. I then called back and asked to speak to a different manager and apparently the gal who’s been answering the phones is also a manager and couldn’t even help make things better except that a new order will be placed and I have to wait another week for delivery. Do not work with Mari or Emily. Now, I’ll be contacting upper management.

Wednesday comes by, and just after noon there's a knock at the door. We answer it, and it's Ashley trying to deliver our furniture. We tell them to put it back on the truck, that we're not accepting it, and that we cancelled the order. But here they are again, trying to deliver furniture on Wednesday when they set it up for Thursday. This company is retarded!! Good luck to you if you buy furniture from these knuckle heads...

If I had known that we would not have our product when we were told, we would NOT have purchased this item.

Update: though we still appreciate our salesman, the pickup warehouse is ridiculous. The first call my husband made to see if our order had shipped for us to pick up was answered with a very quick "Please hold, click" and then he waited for 60 minutes, literally, on hold. I called corporate and got a call back faster than they answered. I tried calling to see if I could get through and no one even answered, three times. After an hour, someone said the order wasn't ready and to try back at 2pm. We did. Another long hold, not as long, but well over what is acceptable. We were asked to call back three more times, and the truck our third piece was on canceled for the day. Why the order was separated in the first place is beyond my logical mind, but what do I know.

I will never buy furniture from Ashley again. They set up delivery for Monday, they call on Friday to confirm delivery for Tuesday, so I changed my day off from Monday to Tuesday. They call me Monday and want to deliver it in 40 minutes!! I tell the driver that nobody is home and it's supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. I called customer care and they tell us that it will be delivered on Tuesday between 9 and 12. Well, Tuesday at 12 rolls by, and no furniture. Called customer care and they tell me that they tried to deliver yesterday and changed the delivery date to Thursday. I told them that I took the day off for this and if the furniture isn't here today, then cancel it. Well, we cancelled it.

Horrible consumer experience. We purchased a leather sectional and ottoman 2 months ago. We paid in full and we're promised stock no later than 10-30-17. Upon confirming delivery I was told product wouldn't be available until December 2017!!! We have been told so many lies from Ashley employees in pricing, stock/inventory, and delivery. After much fighting I was promised delivery 11-13-2017. After being told my delivery would occur at 6 PM, delivery contacted me at 10:30 PM to say they wouldn't arrive until between 11:30-11:45 PM!!!??? Furthermore nobody will answer the phone or return calls to resolve my situation. I still don't have my furniture! This company is awful to do business with. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere!!!!

We order a headboard in mid Sept 2017. They said 3 weeks it will be ready. We went to pick up and they had ordered the wrong size so they said 3 weeks for the right one. Three weeks later(glad i called before i drove to warehouse)Oh, it won't be ready now until Nov 11th. Called today before i went to get it and now it won't be ready till Nov 30th. I'm pissed! Horrible customer service. No one ever called us to let us know anything! Same thing happened to my mom 9 yrs ago. They suck, I'll never EVER buy from them again! We spent $2,500 dollars for furniture. One star is because i love the headboard but I'm not sure we'll ever get it.

Anyhow, nice showroom and nice salespeople, but poor, dismal, warehouse customer service.

We called the store. Their hands are tied for what they can do. They offered an in-store credit which is a nice gesture, but it doesn't get us our product any faster.
