Rose was amazing. She remembered my name from when I called and what product I was interested in. She took care of everything while I lounged in a Maverick, which is what we were purchasing. Everything went very smoothly and quickly. Good experience.
The delivery people called ahead of time to let me know they were coming, which was very appreciative. They were on time, they were professional. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars was because their hands were dirty and they were moving clean furniture and one piece happened to be a off-white color and I can see dirtiness from their hands. In other words, there was no plastic on the furniture to be removed in the house so that their hands weren’t on the clean furniture.
We had been a supporter of La-Z-Boy products for years they seem to hold up better and they are more money but worth it.
Rose at La-Z-Boy went above and beyond to help us pick out our first coffee and end table. She made us feel comfortable and she has a positive and fun attitude. We are very pleased with our purchase, price was right!!

We were thrilled with our La-Z-Boy furniture experience. Cindy helped me relax and enjoy the ride, from the beginning. I am just not a "natural" when shopping for furniture, so I avoid it!! I have needed new furniture for several years, but did not have the knack for selecting the right couch or chairs or lamps or...or anything. So now was the time to let them guide me on the whole living room. Cindy helped me consider furniture that would be comfortable and beautiful. I imagine they can help anyone select everything they need or want within a day or less, but I needed longer. They were happy to work with me at my pace, without any pressure. They came to my home, not only to measure and look at my room, but to take pictures and to hear about our interests. Within two days of the home visit, Cara and Cindy were prepared with a very helpful and beautiful room design presentation. My husband was pleased with their "hard work and impressive ideas". I was astonished at how warm and beautiful my living room could look. Anything we asked they were happy to answer. Anything we did not love, they had other wonderful ideas. We were pleased and comfortable with our hard decision - made EASY - by the staff at La-Z-Boy. Thanks Cara and Cindy!
