The teenage cashier was rude! This is the first time I've had jimmy johns. I will never go back. The sandwich was awful. The bread was dry, hard and tough to bite into. Never again. This was on a Sunday evening around 6pm.
We are 2.8 miles from the Jimmy John's location. Of course they don't deliver here............. Were on the same street. lol
Website is so frustrating. It wouldn't get past review order so I call to place my order and I am met with a sassy rude girl who is more concerned with giving me attitude than taking my order. I am placed on a long hold. Hang up. called back met with hello?! I said I want your manager. She lied and said she was having trouble hearing me. Not true. He was a low class manager. No customer service. Never had a problem before today. Hopefully next time will be better.
I live obviously less than 1 mile from this JJ location - 5 mins away. Not so freaky fast, but horribly slow. Placed order at 9:08 pm. They said less than 15 mins as they only 1 driver and 1 order ahead of us. 43 mins later driver arrives.
VERY RUDE! It amazes me that it seems to bother them when you come in to order a sandwich, I thought that’s what this place was for? The cashier is really rude and some of the staff are as well, they’ll snicker and laugh about you too. I also wrote into corporate and did their so called survey, safe to say they seemed not to care too much. Places like this, I don’t expect much since it’s usually a bunch of teens just caring about a paycheck, but the least you can do is suck it up and stop being rude to your customers who help you get your paycheck.
