This place sucks! They have lazy employees who never want to deliver pizza. First, they told me it was going to be a 1 hour wait, as they were expecting me to cancel my order. I told them I'd wait, then the deliverly guy called saying it was going to be 2-3 hrs. So I offered to pick it up & they told me I had 10 mins to get there or I wouldn't be able to get my order. Shortly after, I receive a call from a customer service guy saying that they would deliver my pizza and They never even showed up or called me. They need people who actually want to work. These lazy people don't want to do their damn jobs.
While my husband and I like the pizza here it just doesn't seem to have the feel it used to. They are a carry-out, delivery only store. They seem to have issues with their online ordering as I have ordered multiple times online only to be told they couldn't find my order. After much looking they do seem to find it. One time after placing the order and attempting to pick it up the door was locked to get in. I had to knock really loudly to have someone let me in. I thought I they had went out of business or something.
So me and my friend ordered a Pizza for us and they told us 30 to 40 mins. Ok. Understandable. So were waiting and waiting and it was close to an hour and 10 minutes. I decided to look up online to see if they did a free pizza for being so late and I found "its 30 minutes or free" under their terms and conditions. I then called the lady and said I was looking on your website and found it was 30 minutes or free on deliveries and she said and I quote "I CAN GARUNTEE YOU THAT WE HAVE NO SUCH THING ON OUR WEBSITE. THAT WAS A DOMINOS ONLY THING AND IT WAS OUTLAWED IN THE 80s." There are plenty of other food places I still know of that give you free food if time is later than promised. Needless to say im VERY pissed and I will never be ordering from here again. I agree DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO GET A PIZZA FROM HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Didn't read the reviews before I Ordered, and I should have. Hour and a half wait time to deliver, called to check in after about 45 minutes, and was told I'm 3rd in line for delivery. I said I'd be happy at this point to come pick it up (it was already almost midnight) and was told I couldn't do that. It was already paid for, I live a mile away... The pizza was ready when I called, but I had to wait for 3 more deliveries before I got mine.
They're lazy. We ordered 9 pizzas 2 hours before hand. When we got there, the workers told us that they had not started one single damn pizza. They weren't even working on them.
